Mona Abdallah-Hijazi is a Public Health Manager at ACCESS. She leads the ACCESS Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Intervention Programs. She is currently a member of Healthy Dearborn Coalition Steering Committee, Racial Equity Work Group for the Opioid Task Force, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Prescription Drug Overdose Prevention Team, CADCA Member, and Michigan Open Advisory Board. She conducted research in collaboration with Michigan State and Wayne State on Substance use disorder among Arab Americans through the Community Based Participatory Research. She is currently a Professor at Wayne State University in the Public Health Department. Mona graduated from Davenport University with her Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in healthcare administration in 2012.
