Colleen J. Hart

Colleen Hart is a Ph.D. Candidate in English at Wayne State University and specializes in Rhetoric and Writing Studies. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Composition where she contributes to first-year writing curriculum and assessment and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in writing programs. Her research includes feminist rhetoric and empathy in the discipline. As a graduate teaching assistant, she has taught English 1020 (Introduction to College Writing), English 3010 (Intermediate College Writing), and English 3050 (Technical Writing I).
