David Cicala
David Cicala is the Group Practice Director for the Department of Pediatrics at Henry Ford Health, where he is administratively responsible for the operations of the specialty. He oversees Primary Care, the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, and the School Based Health and Community Program. He previously worked as a Senior Management Engineer at Henry Ford Health with expertise in process improvement and project management. He combines social work, public health, and data analytics skillsets to lead strategic planning initiatives, manage projects, mentor, and communicate across organizational levels. His passions lie within equitable access to healthcare and improving health outcomes for all patients and families.
