Mary Width
Mary Width is an Associate Professor-Teaching, and Director of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She teaches Advanced Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Management, and also coordinates the supervised practice for the dietetic students (currently over 50 sites in the tri-county area are used for dietetics field experiences). Past work experiences include clinical nutrition, clinical management, food service management, long-term care consulting, and private counseling. She currently serves as the website manager for both the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Southeastern Michigan Dietetic Association (SEMDA), and was Past President and Membership Chair for several years for SEMDA. In addition, Mary is co-author of two books, "The Essential Pocket Guide to Clinical Nutrition" and "The Essential Guide to the Nutrition Care Process" along with Tonia Reinhard.
